How to make your own Virtual Credit Card (VCC) and load it

In this guide I'll teach you how to create your own VCC (Virtual Credit Card) and how you can load it. Once done, you'll get a MASTERCARD VCC starting with 5483 which can only be used in Russian stores until you pass the identification process.​ Register at https://mail.yandex.com/ Go to https://money.yandex.com and open a Yandex.Money account. Go to https://money.yandex.ru/virtualcard/about.xml and click "Get card details". You'll get your VCC number and click "send in a text message" to receive the CVC and expiration date. You'll be able to use it in Russian stores only. In order to to use it worldwide, you need to pass the identification process. To load the VCC: Click on your balance in the top right corner (the RUB symbol next to "Add"). You can find your wallet number there. Register at Payeer (http://payeer.com/?partner=87009). You will be able to exchange BTC, OkPay and BTC-E to Yandex.Money instantly there. Use the automated exchange. To create a new VCC: Cancel (can be done at https://sp-money.yandex.com/tunes.xml?w=bank-cards) your current VCC and get a new one in 24 hours.
